Creative Hire Studio Guidelines

To ensure the space remains beautiful and functional for all guests, please read the following carefully. Confirmation of your booking constitutes agreement to these guidelines.

CAPACITY

Maximum capacity during a single booking is six people unless otherwise approved in writing prior to your booking. Please notify us in advance if you require additional people on-site.

SHARED FACILITIES

Bathrooms and the kitchen are shared with other tenants in the building. These areas must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please be respectful of other occupants and do not leave personal belongings in shared spaces.

FURNITURE & STYLING

Furniture may be moved at your own discretion and at your own WHS risk. All items must be handled with care. Furniture must not be dragged across floors. All furniture and décor must be returned to their original placement before departure. No drilling, nails, screws, adhesives, Blu Tack or wall alterations are permitted. The studio must be restored to its original condition at the end of your session.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food and drinks are permitted within the studio. All rubbish must be removed or placed in bins before departure. No food or drink is to be left behind. Any spills must be cleaned immediately.

NOISE & CONDUCT

Please be mindful of neighbouring businesses and residents. Music must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Smoking and vaping inside the premises is strictly prohibited.

RESPONSIBILITY & CARE

A staff member may not always onsite during your booking. The booking party is fully responsible for the conduct of all guests. Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, décor or fixtures must be reported immediately and may incur repair or replacement costs.

DEPARTURE CHECKLIST

Before leaving, all furniture must be returned to its original placement. Rubbish must be disposed of. Used surfaces must be wiped down. Lights and appliances must be turned off. The studio and downstairs entrance door must be locked.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or reschedule your booking upto 24 hours prior to your session. Please note that refunds will not be honoured for “no show” bookings.

CONTENT SHARING

We love seeing your work and encourage you to tag @theloftongresham so we can share your creations.

ACCESS & BOOKING TIMES

Your session is inclusive of both setup and pack down time. Access begins strictly at your scheduled start time. The studio must be vacated by your scheduled finish time as bookings may be back-to-back. Overtime may incur additional charges, please plan your session accordingly.

BUILDING ACCESS

Entry is via Gresham Street, in the same building as “La Buvette.” The front door must remain locked at all times. The Loft is part of a shared tenancy and your cooperation in maintaining building security is appreciated.
